Geb is shown in images as a man wearing a combination of the white crown and the Atef crown. He is generally lying down (as a personification of the earth) and colored green with vegetation growing from his body. He is often seen lying beneath the sky goddess Nut, leaning on one elbow, with one knee bent toward the sky, (resembling the shape of two mountains and a valley). It seems that Geb was largely worshiped as a goose.
Geb is often thought of as, creating earthquakes with his laughter and droughts without reason. As the god of the earth, he made the deserts isolating Egypt from the rest of the ancient world. But Geb could be a kind god too. As he created the lush, fertile lands surrounding the Nile River. Under Geb’s influence, believers would be blessed with bountiful harvests and enough crops to fatten their livestock.
He rules over the tombs buried in the earth and assisted in the ritual of weighing the heart of the dead in the Halls of Ma´at.

Scorpio (October 23 – November 22)
Mut
“Sensitive and reserved.”
Mut is a mother goddess worshipped in ancient Egypt. Her name literally means mother in the ancient Egyptian language.
She was often shown as a woman with wings, or a vulture, usually wearing the crowns of royalty. She was often depicted wearing the double crown of Egypt or the vulture headdress of the New Kingdom queens. Mut is most often affiliated with vultures. Other animals she may be affiliated with include cobras and lionesses.
She is originally linked to the primeval waters of the universe, from which all things were born. Her identity as the mother of the cosmos gave her aspects of a creator goddess.

Hapi
God of the Nile River
“Loving, kind and understanding .”
Hapi is shown as a fat man with a ceremonial false beard, an enlarged belly. His skin was green or blue. He has a clump of papyrus on his head and lotus stems and keeping a tray laden with offerings.
He has the ability to feed the land using the Nile’s annual floods and bring fertility to the country. He provided water, food and the annual flooding of the Nile river.
Hapi’s domain was the Nile, the great river divided into two parts. As a god of the northern Nile, Hapi (called “Hap-Meht”) was portrayed wearing papyrus plants, a symbol of Lower Egypt, on his head. As the Nile-god of Upper Egypt, he was known as “Hap-Reset” and wore lotus plants (a symbol of the south) on his head.

Horus
God of war and a sky

The falcon-headed god. Horus was among the most important gods of Egypt, especially because the Pharaoh was supposed to be his earthly embodiment. He was the protector and patron of the pharaoh.
Horus is the son of Osiris and Isis. He is also known as Heru. In Egyptian mythology, he symbolizes the star and sky. Egyptian mythology states he was born after the death of his father Osiris.
He was the custodian of the royalty of Egypt, punishes wrongdoers, preserver of order and based on his battles with Set, a god of war. He was invoked by Egyptian rulers before the battle.

AQUARIUS (January 20 – February 18)
Sekhmet
Goddess of war and destruction.
“Jovial and talkative people.”
Sekhmet is the lioness-headed goddess of war and destruction. She is shown as a lion-headed woman, sometimes with the addition of a sun disc on her head. Her seated statues show her holding the ankh of life, but when she is shown striding or standing she usually holds a scepter.
She was worshipped as “the destroyer” alongside her consort Ptah (the creator) and Nefertum (the healer). Like many other Egyptian goddesses, Sekhmet had two contradictory aspects to her complex personality.
She is “powerful” or “the female powerful one”, destructive and dangerous in nature. But this remarkable deity was also known to have healing and protective role.
Sekhmet was represented by the sweltering heat of the mid-day sun and was a terrifying goddess. However, for her friends, she could avert the plague and cure disease. She was the patron of Physicians, and Healers and her priests became known as skilled doctors.
“As the goddess of healing, Sekhmet had the power to ward off diseases; she was even called “Sekhmet, mistress of life” .
Pisces (February 19 – March 20)
Isis
Goddess of Motherhood, magic, death, healing, and rebirth.
“Straightforward, energetic and playful .”
Isis was the first daughter of Geb and Nut who were the god of the earth and the goddess of the sky. Isis was the sister of Osiris who later on became her husband as well. The son of Isis and Osiris was Horus.
Isis is depicted as a woman wearing a long sheath dress and an empty throne as her headdress. The empty headdress represented the death of her husband and her role as the seat of the power of the pharaoh.
Through her magic, she brought Osiris back to life so that they could give birth to their son Horus.
She was said to be the mother of all the pharaohs and entire Egypt. She played the part of nursing Horus along with Hathor. Isis is also known for offering Egyptians the knowledge of cultivation and the advantages of growing along the river Nile. It is believed that the annual flood of the Nile were tears of Isis. This legend is known even today as the yearly celebration of “The Night of the Drop”.
